Weekly Time Card Calculator
Type clock in, clock out and break minutes for each day you worked. Daily totals fill in as you go, the weekly sum shows in both h:mm and decimal, and an hourly rate turns it into gross pay.
What Each Row Does
A day's total is clock out minus clock in, minus its break. Any row where the out time is earlier than the in time is treated as a night shift crossing midnight, so 22:00 to 06:00 counts as eight hours. Days you leave blank are skipped, not counted as zero errors.
The weekly figure adds up the seven daily totals. Gross pay is the decimal total multiplied by your rate, which is why payroll wants 7.75 rather than 7:45. If you only need one shift, the hours between two times calculator is faster, and the decimal hours converter handles single values in either direction.
